Fat Removal

Targeted reduction of localised fat deposits — surgical or non-surgical — to refine areas that resist diet and exercise.

Fat Removal

What it is

Fat removal covers the range of techniques we use to reduce stubborn fat, from liposuction for larger volumes to non-surgical options for smaller pockets. We match the method to the area, the volume and your preference for downtime.

Who it's for

  • Localised, diet-resistant fat pockets
  • Patients wanting either a surgical or non-surgical option
  • Refinement of specific contours
  • Those near their target weight

The procedure

Surgical removal (liposuction) is day-care under sedation or general anaesthesia. Non-surgical options are quick, in-clinic and need no downtime but require a course.

Recovery & aftercare

Surgical: a compression garment and a few days' downtime. Non-surgical: none, over several sessions.

Frequently asked

Surgical or non-surgical — which is right?+
Larger volumes are better treated surgically in one session; small pockets can be reduced gradually without surgery. We advise honestly.
Is the result permanent?+
Removed fat cells do not return. Maintaining a stable weight preserves the result.
How much fat can be removed?+
Liposuction can address significant volumes safely; non-surgical methods give a more modest reduction per course.
