Arms Liposuction

Slimming and defining the upper arms by removing stubborn fat — for a firmer, more toned silhouette that diet and exercise alone often can't achieve.

Arms Liposuction

What it is

Arm liposuction targets the excess fat of the upper arms that creates a heavy or 'bat-wing' appearance. In patients with good skin elasticity it produces a slimmer, more defined arm through tiny, well-hidden incisions.

Who it's for

  • Stubborn upper-arm fat resistant to exercise
  • A heavy or full upper-arm appearance
  • Good skin tone for smooth re-draping
  • Patients near their target weight

The procedure

Performed under local anaesthesia with sedation or general anaesthesia, taking around an hour. Fat is removed through tiny incisions near the elbow or armpit. Day-care.

Recovery & aftercare

A compression sleeve is worn for four weeks. Desk work resumes within days; full activity at four weeks.

Frequently asked

Will I have loose skin afterwards?+
With good skin elasticity the skin re-drapes smoothly. Where there is significant loose skin, an arm lift may be advised instead or as well.
Are the scars visible?+
The incisions are tiny and hidden near the elbow or armpit; they fade to near-invisibility.
When can I lift weights again?+
Light activity within days, full upper-body training at about four weeks.
